Description

Group Operations Manager - Sydney Restaurant Group

Directly reporting to the Operations Director and CEO, responsibility for developing and implementing operational strategies to surpass revenue and service benchmarks, while fostering exceptional performance within teams.
Collaborate closely with venue General Managers to oversee food, beverage, and service operations, ensuring adherence to service standards exceeding guest expectations.
Provide support, guidance, and mentorship to venue GMs and emerging managers, contributing to succession planning initiatives.
Forge internal and external relationships to drive new development projects and facilitate collaboration across all organization levels.

The Role:

Lead operational strategies to exceed revenue and service benchmarks while fostering excellence within teams.

Maintain oversight of food, beverage, and service operations to meet and exceed service standards.

Provide support and mentorship to venue GMs and emerging managers.

Develop internal and external relationships to drive new projects and collaboration.

Candidate Profile:

Proven leadership in premium dining, Senior Venue GM, or Group Operations positions.

Demonstrate team leadership, financial management, and strategic planning skills.

Passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences.

Proficient in compliance, inventory management, workplace health and safety, problem-solving, and delegation.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary range $140,000 - $160,000 with super and performance-based bonus.
