We are looking for a Maintenance Team Leader with a mechanical trade background to lead the team at Baiada.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of employees to ensure efficient production processes
Identify plant failures or shortages and communicate deficiencies to supervisory staff
Set a positive example while you establish and manage effective working relationships within the team
Contribute to the development of a teambased learning environment
Receive instructions and allocate work to the team
Maintain high safety standards within the team
Ensure adherence to high standards of food safety and welfare
Acquire and analyse workplace information for continuous improvement
