Job Description:


We are looking for an analytical Supply Chain Planning Specialist to support us with our demand and supply planning, managing, and executing inventory replenishment activities for our retail coffee customers including Woolworths, Coles, and Independents.

This is a permanent full-time position based in our head office in North Sydney with 2-day WFH flexibility.

You will be responsible for liaising with key internal and external stakeholders, including our global factories and a 3PL provider in NSW, managing a SKU range of approx.

45 products with a focus on accurate planning and service delivery, ensuring our customers receive the coffee and tea that they love

In this role, you will:

  • Maintain uptodate product forecasts and work collaboratively with sales and marketing
  • Manage demand deviations and inventory variations with continuous improvement and root cause analysis
  • Be involved in weekly demand reviews to ensure accuracy of sales and supply forecasts to meet service delivery against budget
  • Ensure agreed lead times, minimum order quantities, safety stock and safety times are maintained in our ERP system
  • Maintain SAP and APO data including data received from the sales forecasting tool

For this role as a Supply Chain Planning Specialist, we're looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

  • You have proven experience in a similar planning position
  • You are datadriven and highly analytical, with the ability to problem solve
  • You are able to effectively communicate across various stakeholders, with continuous improvement and change management at the forefront
  • Experience working with grocery retail and/or high promotional volume products is preferred
  • Advanced experience with MS Excel, Power BI, SAP R/3 and APO will be highly regarded
  • You have valid AU working rights
