Right now, we are on the search for a
People and Culture Administrator
to join our team based in Clayton **on a 10 month fixed term contract.

As a key member of our P&C team, you will quickly become part of an engaged, hardworking, down to earth group, who will welcome you with open arms.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will work closely with the entire P&C team and the broader business to provide a wide range of support throughout the employee life cycle.

Your key responsibilities will include:

First point of contact for all people and culture related queries.
Management of our employee contracts and position description process.
Support our company Work Experience program.
HRIS implementation support

ABOUT YOU

You thrive on 'being the customers needs' along with your proactive and flexible approach will make you perfect for this busy and dynamic team.

To be considered for this role you will have the following skills, experience, and attributes:

Extensive experience as an Administrator
with or with out people and culture knowledge, we would like to hear from you.
Really strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with a diverse workforce, be a strong communicator and display empathy whilst always maintaining confidentiality
Exceptional attention to detail, as well as planning and organisational skills
If you have a qualification in Human Resources Management, it would be advantageous but not a necessity
