Duties:


  • Client and stakeholder management, working with our corporate clients to provide exceptional support and services
  • Contract management, includes understanding all individual client agreements, deliverables and obligations
  • Ensure all client relations operational processes and systems are working effectively
  • Delivery of accurate and timely data reporting
  • Provide insight and leads into revenue opportunities
  • Establish rapport with clients through regular engagement, effective communication strategies
  • Write engaging proposals to present to new clients
  • Influencing and contributing to the company's digital marketing strategy

Skills and Experience:


  • Tertiary qualifications in business/commerce or equivalent workforce experience
  • Five years' experience in similar roles such as Client Services, Account Executive, Business Development/Relationship Manager
  • Demonstrated effective leadership and management experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills across all levels of an organisation
  • Experience in a health setting or corporate mental health & wellbeing industry highly desirable
  • Proven experience in data analysis and financial reporting
