We are looking for a Data Entry Officer with a great attention to detail to work with one of our clients Potential of a permanent position

This temporary position is responsible to the General Manager, Treasurer and President in ensuring the accurate DATA ENTRY OF OFFICE RECORDS are processed in a timely manner to support EOFY and Audit processes.


Position Responsibilities:


Clients:


  • Coordinating client services and service bookings.
  • Responding to client service requests in a timely manner and informing them of the outcome.
  • Rescheduling of services due to client cancellation or unexpected staffing changes.
  • Liaising with clients to resolve queries including expenditure, contracting or allowable services.
  • Explaining contracting arrangements, service approvals and invoicing to clients and coordinating and implementing requested services.
  • Assisting clients to understand HCP pricing changes, HCP Guidelines activities and purchases inclusions and exclusions.
  • To perform duties in a manner which supports the philosophy, work practices, Charter of Aged Care Rights and enables the clients to live with dignity and achieve their social goals.

Skills and Experience:


  • Demonstrated experience in a similar service delivery role, preferably in a community setting within aged care or disability industry, is highly desirable.
  • Highlevel commitment to upholding quality service and professional standards.
  • High level of administration and IT skills including Excel and XERO
