The Opportunity:
Join Vocus as a Remuneration & Benefits Specialist and take ownership of the end-to-end reward offering and projects.
Uplift our overall delivery of the Vocus Reward Strategy while managing cyclical processes and lead projects to improve delivery efficiency.
We are open to recruiting an eager graduate without experience but with the right attitude, as well as considering job sharing and part-time arrangements.
How you'll make an impact:
- Elevate the overall delivery of the Vocus Reward Strategy.
- Manage cyclical processes such as salary survey completion, bonus payments, remuneration reviews, and WGEA submissions.
- Act as an advisor to the Senior Leadership Team and other key business stakeholders by evaluating, analysing, and communicating our Reward offering.
- Lead projects to improve delivery efficiency while managing daytoday operations.
- Prepare Board committee papers on Rewardrelated matters and review benchmarking methodologies.
You demonstrate an eagerness to learn and a keen eye for ensuring data accuracy. Your love for reports, Excel, and numbers is matched by your dedication to maintaining clean, correct, and accurate records. You are enthusiastic about developing and implementing processes to uphold these standards, ensuring the integrity of our reward systems.
You're a relationship builder and thrive in collaborative environments. You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and able to connect with colleagues at all levels.
Your project management and problem-solving enables you to navigate challenges, ensuring timely delivery of initiatives while adhering to scope and objectives.

Key Qualifications and Attributes:
- 23 years of rem experience or a new HR graduate who is keen to begin their journey into the operations side of HR.
- Solid understanding of benchmarking methodologies like Aon JobLink or Mercer IPE.
- Experience in Reward transformation projects such as HRIS system implementation, benefits audit, and introducing pay grades.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel features and basic HRIS design.
- Comfortable being an allrounder in a fastchanging environment.
- Understanding of key HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, learning & development, and succession.
