What you'll do
This role is also responsible for delivering business outcomes within agreed timeframes and quality standards, duties include:

  • Providing guidance, training and leadership to Client Service Teams
  • Drive change and develop team strategies
  • Manage Key Performance Indicators
  • Providing expert and reliable, rapid advice on relevant operational policies to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop strategies to manage workloads and key priorities

What we're looking for

This role will suit a well-organised person who:

  • Can multi-task and respond to changing priorities and challenging situations.
  • Has excellent problemsolving skills
  • Has experience in writing ministerial correspondence
  • Can develop strategies to implement a change of culture
  • Can work within a budget
  • Has strategies to develop good customer service delivery
  • Can develop new ideas or strategies in teams
  • Experience in a leadership role

  • Managing people
  • Project management
  • Strengthening and building partnerships
