Role Description/Criteria
We are looking for someone who understands how to enable a student to thrive.

You will be joining an inclusive team committed to providing the best support for all students.

We are seeking someone who is committed to the highest levels of child safety, understands the child safe standards and is a strong advocate for student voice.

It will involve small group and individual support with students who require support.

You will have:
- appreciation and understanding of the Catholic ethos
- be highly motivated, enthusiastic with a positive outlook
- able to work collaboratively as part of a professional team
- value confidentiality and understand the different needs of students
- demonstrated ability to form positive relationships with students, parents and colleagues
- have an understanding of students with various needs, particularly students with ASD
- a willingness to contribute to the broader needs of the school and parish community
- an outlook that sees the possibilities for every child

This position will be 8:45am to 3:25pm Monday to Friday.
