Reporting to the Group General Manager of Procurement & Supply Chain (P&SC), the Head of Procurement - Change is responsible for managing and driving change programs and projects across the P&SC function.

Key accountabilities:

Oversee the execution of the P&SC Change Program and related projects/initiatives to meet the agreed delivery outputs and timelines

Ensure that the change initiatives are supported by a robust change management framework which delivers long term capability uplift for P&SC

Optimise process efficiencies

Support the introduction of a new organisational design for P&SC

Guide project/program resources to deliver on scope, budget and schedule objectives

Identify assumptions, constraints, risks and issues clearly such that their impact on the program of works is well understood

Key qualifications and experience:

Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline is highly desirable

Proven experience in operating model implementation, process improvement, and systems implementation

Demonstrated success at delivering operational excellence and transformation projects in medium to large organisations

Extensive experience in leading change programs and projects

Extensive senior stakeholder management experience
