Job Description:


Your part of #zerowastedpotential includes:

  • Provide a firstclass customer experience and become the trusted advisor and first point of contact.
  • Retain and renew existing accounts through promoting growth and driving product advocacy.
  • Develop long term strategic account plans that identify expansion opportunities.
  • Organize and run Quarterly Business Reviews centered on ROI and Success Metrics.
  • Report up to date metrics on client usage data and health indicators.
  • Work collaboratively with cross functional teams to provide bestinclass customer experiences for new and existing customers.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining materials to ensure customer utilization and success.

This a fully remote role based anywhere in Australia.

Qualifications:


To be a successful member of the Reejig tribe, you will be an experienced Customer Success Manager who is passionate about customer success, empowering others, and delivering value to customers.

You will have

  • 2+ years of experience in (Enterprise) Customer Success.
  • Experience working in a startup environment is preferred.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills with an ability to breakdown business problems and create solutions that align to customer goals.
  • Exceptional communication, listening, and relationship building skills, driven by empathy and a desire to understand where customers are coming from.
  • Experience with Customer Success methodologies, processes, and enablement best practices.
  • A proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and enhancing the customer experience.
  • Ability to to be selfmotivated, highly organized and have a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
  • A passion for ensuring your customers are successful
