Take on a new challenge within our Fraud Support team who are passionate about reviewing, analysing and verifying transactions with a key focus on fraud prevention and detection.

You will make a difference in creating positive customer experiences and protecting customers from fraud risk.
The salary range will be between $70,000 to $90,000 + superannuation.

  • What role you will play?
  • As a member of our Fraud Support Team, you will be responsible for protecting client funds across our Banking and Financial Services products and providing a seamless client experience

This includes:

  • Analysing and investigating fraudulent financial transactions reported by clients as disputed transactions
  • Monitoring and assessing flagged realtime transactions and developing and implementing corrective actions to address any issues that arise from flagged transactions
  • Placing restrictions on accounts if funds within the account are flagged to be fraudulent and liaising with the Fraud Data Analytics department
  • Providing recommendations to combat newly identified fraud trends and organising and maintaining databases of fraudulent transactions and losses associated with card fraud
  • Constructing a monthly report summarising fraud activity for consultation by Senior Leadership and collaborating with other departments to advise on findings to minimise fraud across the business.
