**Finance Analyst/Snr Finance Analyst - Development (12mth FTC)

Your opportunit y

We have an opportunity for a Finance/Snr Finance Analyst, to join our Development team in a 12mth FTC.

Your role will be all aspects of financial analysis relating to the development and asset management functions of the Australian portfolio of properties.

Ranging from the consolidation of key financial information for Finance Assumptions, Management Reporting (Blackbook), WIP Management, Due Diligence, Valuations, and modelling for project feasibilities.


  • Financial & Management Reporting
  • Preparation of key inputs for key financial deliverables including Finance Assumptions, Blackbook, DD&C PCGs and year end.


  • Project Feasibilities

  • Prepare feasibilities for your portfolio of assets (internal/external) and play a key role in signing off identified projects.


  • Project WIP Management

  • Monitor and control project Work in Progress, Accruals to complete, Transfer to freehold and profit recognition for your portfolio of projects.


  • Asset Transactions

  • Assist with the delivery of asset acquisitions and divestment opportunities internally & externally as and when required.


  • Strategic Initiatives

  • Support the delivery of a range of key initiatives across finance.
  • Adhoc Analysis work with your manager to provide project advice and analysis as and when required.

We're looking for a self-motivated, confident, and detail-orientated individual, who enjoys working in a high performing environment.

  • 3+ years' experience in relevant positions
  • High attention to detail
  • Intermediate / Advanced Microsoft Excel
  • JDE Edwards

  • CA/CPA qualified
