Where you will be working . Join this newly created business, located in a well established Health and Wellness company Due to this exciting growth, our client is needing a Practice Manager to join this passionate and supportive team


What you will be doing You will be responsible for managing the daily running of the company and promote a positive organisational culture demonstrating exceptional leadership skills.


Different areas that you will be get involved in:

  • Rostering staff to shifts into the future
  • Work alongside the senior staff to move the business into the future
  • Inspire the team in providing the highest quality care to the community, providing direction and support
  • Promote and market the business
  • Build strong customer relationships and maintain and bring in new customers
  • Overall Practice Manager duties and overlooking the business

Do you have what it takesIdeally you will have previous experience in Practice Management and be a natural leader with the ability to develop the growth of the centre. You will also ensure administrative processes run smoothly, staff are supported and that the centre maintains a high level of customer care.
