Hr Business Partner.
***This position is located in their busy

Fortitude Valley office for an initial

contract until 22/12//2023.

Duties

  • Support and management of adhoc HR operational projects.
  • Assisting HR coordinators
  • Policy Development & Implementation
  • Information and Business Advice
  • HR Data Management
  • Project and Program Planning
  • Internal Client Relationship Management

Requirements/Skills

  • Strong knowledge of the Fair Work Act Advisory skills
  • Ability to advise on enterprise bargaining agreements
  • Prior experience triaging commercial risk relating to people management
  • Ability to form trust in your strategic advice through confident and timely delivery
  • 710 years' work experience in Human Resources
  • Experience managing full breadth of employee relations matters, interpreting, and implementing industrial instruments, HR partnering with executive leaders and leading operational HR functions.
