    Description

    COMPANY:

    My client, a leading privately owned commercial construction company active across all sectors of the industry with areas of specific expertise in; Workplace & Commercial, Health & Aged Care, Retail & Hospitality, Education & Childcare.

    This national builder specialises in the Commercial Projects upto $30m with a culture driven by hardworking, professional leaders who are involved in daily operations.

    You will not only be joining a multi award winning business with proven success over their 10+ years in operation, but a business that values career development and longevity in all their employees.

    Role:

    Reporting to the Estimating Manager and working closely to the Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for the preparation & submission of tender proposals for national projects. You will submit tenders completely autonomously, quote, measure and be apart of client interviews and write Methodology.
    Working in a team, you will have the opportunity to coach and mentor junior members of staff and have a pathway to grow into management.

    Requirements:

    • Demonstrated experience as an Estimator in Commercial Construction
    • We are looking to speak with established commercial estimators who have experience winning projects (ideally both newbuild and fitout) for head contractors.
    • You will have experience in measuring Services and being able to articulate your experience in this skill.
    • You will have a positive attitude to building, willingness to help others out and ensure that you are willing to have a go and learn along the way
    • Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills
    • Unlimited working rights in Australia
