Our Journey


Full time permanent Aged Care Quality Partner - 40 hours per week with an ADO to join the Aged Care Services Quality Team for Commonwealth Funded Aged Care.

Reporting to the Quality and Compliance Manager Residential Care - the Aged Care Quality Partners work collaboratively with the management of our four homes - Allambee, Chestnut Gardens, Mooraleigh and Yarraman and with the management of the Commonwealth funded Aged Care program - Community Home Support Packages, Flexible Care Packages and Transition Care Packages.

Currently, all four of our Residential Aged Care Homes are fully accredited with Aged Care Standards and the Commonwealth funded Aged Care Community Program is preparing for accreditation to the Aged Care Standards.


This role has a requirement to be able to travel from the Kingston Centre to any of the Commonwealth funded aged care services sites.


A Day in the Life:


  • Provide quality support to our Commonwealth Funded Aged Care Services both community and residential.
  • Participate in organisational readiness for Aged Care Accreditation and support visits.
  • Review of program policies and procedures.
  • Participate in robust incident reviews including root cause ana;lysis to ensure that consumers of the service receive excellent and timely care.
  • The role supports the work of the Quality and Compliance Manager Residential Care.

About You:


  • AHPRA registered discipline nursing or allied health with current experience working in a Commonwealth funded aged care environment (Residential/Community)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiastic and compassionate with an ability to work collaboratively.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Aged Care Legislation

What you need:


  • You hold a current APHRA registration
  • You have previous experience working within a quality risk management framework and accreditation cycle.
  • You have current experience working within a residential/community aged care setting
  • You meet Aged Care and NDIS ongoing Compliance requirements
