    Are you a corporate paralegal with experience in a large law firm? Are you tired of long working hours and looking for a change? How about working in-house at a highly respected energy company with a fantastic team of colleagues? If this sounds good to you, R & W Group has an exciting new opportunity available. One of our corporate clients is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support the legal department with corporate and finance transactions, corporate governance, contract compliance, and other related matters. This is a new role where you will report to the Deputy General Counsel and collaborate closely with the Legal, Finance, and Treasury teams. Your responsibilities will include preparing and reviewing agreements, managing subsidiaries, maintaining electronic data rooms, handling legal operations and special projects, and providing general support to the Legal team with research, presentations, and document management.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree required; Paralegal certificate is a plus.
    • Five (5) or more years of experience as a corporate paralegal in a law firm or in-house, dealing with corporate and finance transactions, subsidiary management, and corporate governance.
    • Proficiency in using various business software tools such as entity management, contract management, data rooms, invoicing, electronic signatures, and Microsoft Office.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced business environment with multiple projects.
