Key job responsibilities

Help develop Australia Transportation's middlemile function, strategic vision and implementing that vision into reality.
Oversee and improve all aspects of middle mile transportation carrier management including but not limited to operations excellence, performance management, escalations, and contract negotiations.
Identify, analyze, review and coordinate network improvement initiatives for existing and new logistics solutions with crossfunctional stakeholders optimizing for capacity, quality, speed and cost over the long term.
Generate and review relevant and actionable transportation metrics, encouraging improvements and automation over time.
Prepare and coordinate operations calls, business reviews, and customer service workshops as needed.
Coordinate and communicate transportation planning and forecasts with carriers to ensure sufficient capacity.
3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
3+ years of driving process improvements experience
