The Role
We are looking to hire a
Recruitment Advisor to join our fabulous National team. This could suit an experienced, hit-the-ground-running recruiter, however, we will also consider someone more junior, looking to carve out a career in recruitment with a global powerhouse Reporting to the National Recruitment Manager, you'll join a team of trusted advisors who live & breath customer eccentricity - we bring to the table pride, passion and personality

You will be based in the Perth support office, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

Key Duties

Ownership of the endtoend recruitment process from taking the job specification, sourcing, assessment, and all activities leading through to their first day at site
Building strong and effective relationships with the business managers and offering excellent customer service at all levels
Sourcing and managing a talent pool and deploying them to sites at short notice
Proactively working as part of our great team and providing assistance to others when required

The Person

Previous experience managing high volume/ campaign/ projectbased recruitment would be an advantage but not essential.
Experience in a fast pace recruitment, HR, or similar role
Demonstrated experience in managing and developing client relationships
