They are currently looking to hire a full-time Customer Service Representative on a temporary basis, with the opportunity to go permanent and grow your career into other areas of the business.
The initial assignment would be for 6 months.Duties
- Manage all call back requests efficiently with stakeholders
- Liaise with territory managers, hospital staff and relevant sales representatives
- Process and maintain bookings with relevant staff
- Provide assistance within the workplace and support other departments where required
Requirements:
- Exceptional customer service is critical
- Ability to navigate with various software's
- Medical knowledge or technical background will be highly regarded
- High level written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work within a team and in a remote environment
