As the result of current work scope demands, SIMPEC has long-term opportunities for a
HSE Coach to join our growing team.

Working locally in Kwinana at the Cockburn Cement Upgrade Project

What will your day look like?

Provide out in the field SME advice as required and be called upon as a true "Construction Team Partner".
Support the project team with compliance and site documentation requirements.
Undertake required audits and participate in audits as required.
Maintain ISO accreditation documentation and requirements.
Assist with SIMPEC's internal and external audit and inspection processes.
Coordinate incident reporting and investigation processes ensuring all incidents are investigated and closed out appropriately.

Bringing the following skills with you will ensure your success and the success of our teams:

Minimum of Cert IV in Workplace Health and Safety (WHS).
Experience within the resources sector.
Strong understanding of HSE legislation and compliance requirements.
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
