  • About the Role
  • With exciting growth and a major digital & technology transformation, Ingenia Communities is seeking a Sales & Development Analyst to join our team.
  • This newly created role will see you working across our Sales, Development and Marketing functions. You will leverage your analytical skills and strategic insights to guide strategy that enhances our operational efficiency and effectiveness. This role will also work to implement new reporting systems and actively contribute to the development and design of a new CRM system, ensuring it aligns with sales and marketing strategies and enhances data analysis capabilities.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct detailed analysis of real estate market trends, sales data, and customer behaviour providing detailed and meaningful insights.
  • Detailed review of lead generation data and effectiveness including by lead source, trend analysis, understanding time frame from lead to sales steps for better forecasting and early performance indication.
  • Utilize and interpret customer data to generate insights on buying patterns and preferences, aiding in effective market segmentation.
  • Provide analytical support for development feasibility studies, with an emphasis on market demand, investment returns, project costs across key comparable items, build time frames and trends.
  • Actively contribute to the development and design of a new CRM system, ensuring it aligns with sales and marketing strategies and enhances data analysis capabilities.
  • Maintain, enhance, and streamline sales reporting systems for insightful management reporting and decisionmaking.
  • Assist in forecasting and budgeting, leveraging data across sales, development and marketing for strategic planning and performance improvement.
  • Liaise with major stakeholders to gather insights and provide critical information, fostering a collaborative approach to decisionmaking and strategy development.
  • Recommend improvements in business reporting systems, processes, and tools, incorporating the latest technology.
  • Ensure adherence to industry regulations and assess risks associated with sales and development activities through analysis process.
  • About You
  • Experience in an analytics/reporting role, preferably in the property or financial services sector.
  • Skilled in PowerBI, MS Excel, MQL/SQL programming, Microsoft Dynamics
  • Expertise in analysing large data sets to produce business insights.
  • Involvement in CRM system development or enhancement is highly desirable.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications.
