We are currently looking for a
Project Coordinator based in Dandenong, VIC.

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to take your career to the next level with development opportunities and exposure across multiple project rollouts.

This role is initially a 12 month fixed-task contract with great potential to be extended or move into a permanent role.


We'll look to you for:


  • Managing project management documents such as the project plan, budget, schedule, or scope statement, as directed by the project manager.
  • Monitoring project progress and creating project status reports for project managers and stakeholders.
  • Assist in assigning project tasks to relevant parties and check in for status updates.
  • Maintain project plan that track overall progress and the accomplishment of specific milestones.
  • Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed—escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets.
  • Analyse project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to achieve maximum benefit.
  • Assign roles and tasks to dedicated team members, based on individual strengths and abilities.

  • Tertiary qualification is highly desirable.
  • Relevant experience within project management function
