Salary:
$80,00 - $90,000 + Super


Our client a world-class manufacturer of electrical infrastructure for residential, multi-residential and commercial properties, is currently seeking a dedicated HR and Payroll Administrator to join their team.


HR and Payroll Administrator:


  • Payroll Management:_
  • Ensure the accurate processing of all payroll transactions.
  • Calculate and record overtime hours, allowances, and additional payments.
  • Analyse Awards and determine pay differentials.
  • Manage the deduction of group tax instalments
  • Reconcile payroll tax and WorkCover, ensuring timely payments.
  • Provide statutory information on superannuation and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Maintain and update payroll information.
  • Complete End of Financial Year Payroll requirements for ADP Payroll.
  • Human Resources Administration:_
  • Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and contractors
  • Monitor and track the completion of activities such as induction programs and probation reviews.
  • Prepare employment contracts, letters, and other HR documents.
  • Coordinate training and development requirements and oversee attendance.
  • Maintain HR records, files, registers, and databases.
  • Generate HR reports and compile HR data for reporting purposes
  • Manage internal and external HR enquiries
  • Coordinate the administration of Work Health and Safety matters.

To be successful in this position you will have:

  • Proven experience in general administration, reporting, and document management, particularly
  • Strong HR systems management skills
  • ADP highly regarded
  • Strong communicator & team collaborator
  • Prior exposure to and involvement in payroll upgrade projects
- highly regarded.

  • Qualification in Human Resource Management highly regarded
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Highly regarded
