An experienced and suitably qualified Service Monitoring team lead is sought with expertise and experience with enterprise (technical) service monitoring systems and concepts.

The lead will work closely with the Infrastructure Services Manager to realise this capability by building on the Bureau's existing monitoring systems, providing ongoing continuous improvement, and initiating transformation activities with a view to increase the maturity of this critical operational capability for the Bureau.
