The Position
Reporting to the Retention Manager, the Retention Specialist will be responsible for:
- Successfully providing finance and insurance quotes to existing or new customers, whilst building and maintaining effective relationships
- Providing and compiling monthly reporting that assist in the control of customers and prospect databases and sales pipelines
- Providing and compiling regular reporting feedback about customer retention results
- Providing support to the Sales Team and the Operations Team in the areas of Customer Retention, dealership liaison and customer service
- Experience in a similar customer service role within a call centre environment
- Ability to take ownership and follow customer enquires through to conclusion
- Capability to operate with a sense of urgency
- Exceptional customer focus & Strong attention to detail
- Ability to build relationships & Highlevel interpersonal skills
- Automotive Finance Experience welcomed but not essential
