Unique Auto Parts are one of the largest importers of European Spare Parts in Australia, with five locations across three states and rapidly growing.


Responsibilities as dispatch assistant


We currently have a vacancy for a dispatch assistant to join our growing warehouse team based at our busy head office in Dandenong.


Responsibilities include:

  • Picking and packing customer orders
  • Preparing invoices and other documentation
  • Preparing parcels and paperwork for external couriers
  • General warehouse duties

Requirements:


We are looking for a self-motivated, reliable individual who is physically fit and can keep a cool head working a fast-paced environment.


  • Good communication skills
  • Must have problem solving abilities and be able to prioritize
  • Must be dedicated and willing to work as part of a team
  • Must be computer literate with good attention to detail particularly with numbers
  • Previous warehouse experience working in a similar role will be highly regarded.

  • No weekends

Experience:


  • Warehouse: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driver Licence (preferred)
