We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator at the New South Metro Depot at Forrestdale, on a permanent full-time basis.


About this role


As the Project Coordinator, you will be required to coordinate the delivery & support Customer Network Connections design and construction phases of the Approved Works Program to maximise efficiency and customer satisfaction.

You will also be required to provide program development, project scheduling and technical service and assistance during the work allocation phase to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, to budget and in line with customer expectations.


About you
We are seeking someone with experience and attributes that include:

  • A tertiary qualification in project management, business systems or a relevant discipline
  • At least 4+ years sound experience in a project office or project management environment with strong experience in scheduling tools, techniques and business analysis.
  • Demonstrable capability and experience in program and / or project support, planning, integration and communication in a utility industry or similar
  • Strong experience in scheduling tools, techniques and business analysis
  • Experience in stakeholder management
  • Experience with Project Management software systems
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written Competence in MS Excel and MS Project
