Ventia's Court Security and Custodial Services contract are seeking to engage a recent Graduate to join their team as a
Finance Officer. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role is based at the Canning Vale operations centre with parking conveniently available on site.

This role is a full-time permanent position offering excellent long-term opportunities that will see you fully supported by ongoing training and assistance from your manager and the broader finance team.

In this role you will support the Finance Manager and encompasses end-to-end responsibility for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions and end of month activities.

In addition, once you have established yourself in the contract, there is potential to grow and develop your Financial Analysis and Reporting skills for further career development.

As result we seek to employ people who will succeed in this role and you will ideally have:

Diploma level or above qualification in a finance or related discipline
Proficient in the use of MS Excel
SAP AR/AP and Ariba experience would be advantageous
Selfmotivated and proactive with a high level of attention to detail
Demonstrate strong analytical skills with the ability to meet tight timeframes
An ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with multiple operational managers and support function representatives as well as a highprofile client
Ability to meet deadlines, work with mínimal supervision, determine priorities and act accordingly;
A good communicator and team player
