Great opportunity for an aspiring and career driven scheduler to join an independent home builder based in the western suburbs of Perth.

Due to a period of exciting growth this company is looking to add a scheduler to their team and work with their senior scheduler on single storey home builds.

This would be a great opportunity for a junior scheduler with some experience to join a friendly team and grow their career.


Responsibilities

  • Schedule and quantify building materials to produce accurate orders and costing
  • Administer variations
  • Generate purchase orders
  • Read and interpret architectural drawings
  • Work independently as well as cohesively with the wider project team including office and site staff
  • Attend construction project meetings where required
  • Work on multiple construction projects at any one time
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with trades, suppliers and colleagues.

Experience

  • Experience in a scheduling role (or similar) within the residential building market, ideally in Perth
  • Experience scheduling single story home builds
  • Databuild experience highly desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Superb attention to detail and excellent time management skills
  • Solution focused and able to juggle multiple priorities
  • Mathematical aptitude
  • Able to build and maintain effective working relationships with trades, suppliers and the inhouse team.
