The Future Student's department at Swinburne University of Technology are looking for a VET Student Recruitment Project Coordinator to join their team.


The VET Student Recruitment Project Coordinator will also be responsible for the establishment of a market leading recruitment strategy and the execution of tactics to support the achievement of associated student load targets.


About You

To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:

  • A strong working knowledge of student recruitment practices, tactics and market dynamics with a specific focus on VET students
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver school outreach activity and recruitment style events
  • Strong project management and program delivery skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with a diversity of individuals from both within and outside the organisation

Qualifications

  • A degree with substantial subsequent relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education and training
