Your opportunity


Your responsibility as a Product Manager is to focus on strategic interface between your assigned business portfolio and functional areas, for the purpose of connecting business with technology.

You will be a trusted advisor, to capture and shape high level business goals and plans to identify solutions by co-identifying high level problems and areas of improvements with and within the business.

You will also be key to identifying trends and opportunities within business and technology operation.


To be successful in this role, you will not only be a trusted advisor with the business, but you will also be a key member of our broader technology team to help support the successful end-to-end delivery of business outcomes and values.

You are experienced in Salesforce; completing development work in Salesforce across its many product offerings. You will have a technical background with a strong functional focus in dealing with clients. You will be working closely with the business stakeholders, CRM technical and solution architect leads.

You are required to attend the office for the two set mandatory days a week (Tuesday's and Wednesday's) and flexibility is also provided.


You will have overall accountability to:

  • Develop business roadmap involving both business stakeholders and solution leads
  • Complete lean cases and business cases
  • Maintain technical awareness of platform capabilities and limitations including but limited to Salesforce
  • Liasie between the engineering team and business stakeholders
  • Responsible for running and charring of ideation workshops; securing all the relevant business and technology stakeholders
  • Analyse business processes and recommending improvements
  • Translate business requirements to functional requirements
  • Liaise with solution/tech lead for high level solution design, recommendations, technology or platform delivery roadmap and estimation against business requirement
  • Collect and report progress metrics on a regular basis
  • Overall sprint and data management for the project in JIRA, includes monitoring of delivery workflow
  • Facilitate and fast track signoff
  • Manage change to reduce risk and business disruption

Additional, favorable skills or experience:


  • Minimum 4+ years of Salesforce experience ideally in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Community
  • Minimum certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator + Advanced, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent facilitation skills
  • Strong relationship management
  • Detail oriented with high level of accuracy
  • Analytical skills
  • Excellent Process documentation
  • Experience in agile practices and lean thinking
  • Strongly diagnose complex problems, and able to communicate findings with the business partners
  • A team player; work collaboratively and seamlessly with the broader technology team
  • Deep experience in endtoend project management. Change management and deployment management
