Healthcare Services Sector- Commercial, Operational & Profit Improvement Focus

The FP&A Manager provides financial leadership to the organisation to support strategic and tactical decision-making, drive operational performance and deliver commercial outcomes.
Key responsibilities include the following:
- Create and monitor business drivers and KPIs and proactively partner with operational teams to manage performance against targets;
- Partner with the Executive Leadership Team to provide key analysis and recommendations on both shortterm and longterm strategic initiatives, operational improvement projects, and other business priorities;
- Develop and continually improve budgeting and forecasting;
- Provide regular and adhoc business performance reporting;
- Oversee the monthly management accounting and reporting process; and
- Build and develop a high calibre Finance Business Partner team.
This challenging, accountable and highly visible role is likely to appeal to a commercially astute and proactive CA/CPA who is seeking a healthcare sector opportunity in which to influence outcomes and develop a world class FP&A function.
You will be able to demonstrate prior experience in contributing to business performance improvement outcomes in a high-volume low value services business.
