An established government agency is implementing an End User insight module within an Apptio for the management of end user devices and is currently looking for a Data Analyst to assist in the implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Complete initial asset baseline analysis across the fleet
Understand the key elements of the data and ensure they have been gathered and aligned to the new tool / module and dashboard requirements
Develop a monthly stocktake process across all stockhubs and warehouse locations
Investigate missing assets and provide options as to how they can be recovered or written off
Establish a process to record the asset status changes during its lifecycle

To be considered for the role

Proven understanding of asset management principals
Strong demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel formulas and data manipulation, especially in grouping and cleansing data
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong ability to develop and document processes in gathering asset data across the organisation
Experience in using Apptio (preferred)
