The right person for this job will demonstrate the following competencies:

bring criminal litigation experience and the ability to work effectively as an advocate in the Magistrates and/or higher courts, manage and motivate legal and support staff including managing performance and identifying professional development opportunities (Results)
Leads strategically lead or contribute to organisational initiatives and reviews aimed at improving outcomes, and consult, negotiate and communicate to build productive partnerships with a range of stakeholders (Vision)
Fosters healthy and inclusive workplaces report on performance data and manage the operations of the work unit and contribute to statewide initiatives and reviews (Accountability)
Pursues continuous growth commitment to professional and ethical standards (Accountability)

Mandatory Qualifications, Conditions and Requirements:

You will be admitted as a Legal Practitioner in a State or Territory of Australia (please indicate date of admission).Applications to remain current for 12 months.
