Description

To be successful for this position, you will possess a detailed understanding of the VET Funding Contract (including knowledge of Free TAFE, PTR & LLN) and its impact on admissions procedures and training for staff in VE admissions practices.


About You
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:

  • High levels of knowledge of Higher Education and Vocational Education context, courses, entry requirements and selection requirements
  • Highlevel organisational skills, including strong attention to detail, the ability to follow through on tasks, and the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively use word processing, spreadsheet and database packages, preferably Windows and Excel as well as experience with student management systems.
  • Expert knowledge of Swinburne University of Technology courses, entry requirements and selection requirements.

Qualifications

Completion of an undergraduate level qualification with substantial relevant experience or a combination of relevant experience and education / training.
