We are currently looking for Sales/Customer Service Officer to join this great call centre team.

The role is handling inbound calls from customers regarding a range of insurance products.

You will be handling queries from existing and new customers. You will be providing quotes on a number of different insurance products and identifying and selling additional products.


Working for a leading company based in the CBD and dealing with older customers you will have great communication skills.


You will have:


  • Ideally demonstrated customer service/sales experience within Call Centre or Sales within Retail
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • A drive to succeed and a willingness to learn
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, highpressured environment
  • Strong conversation engagement
You must be available between the hours of 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday


The role is based in the city office but after probation you have the capacity to work in a hybrid of Work from Home and Office.

On offer is a salary range of $55K - $60K plus Super plus incentives.
