Job Description:


This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic, professional and energetic team of Receptionists who are passionate about providing the best possible experience for Nine's visitors, executives and employees.

Based on the Executive Level of Nine's state-of-the-art North Sydney offices, you will be the first point of contact for calls coming into Nine, and for meeting and greeting all visitors.


Day to day you will:

  • Greet and direct guests in a timely and professional manner
  • Answer all calls in a professional manner in accordance with Nine guidelines, policies and procedures
  • Connect Publicity radio interviews
  • Make bookings for Executive meeting rooms, according to guidelines
  • Maintain clean and organised meeting rooms and associated work spaces
  • Keep in regular contact with EA's and all Receptionists to ensure relevant information is passed on
This Nine Reception is open from 6am-8pm Monday to Friday, and 7am-7pm on weekends.

You will be required to work a rotating roster covering a variety of shifts between 6am and 8pm from Monday to Friday, with flexibility to help out on weekends on occasion.

You are a dedicated team player with a flexible can-do attitude. You have a mature and calm approach to challenging situations, along with excellent problem solving skills.

What we are looking for you to bring to the role:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to achieving team goals
  • The ability to contribute to a cohesive team environment
  • Proven customer service experience, with the ability to effectively handle diverse, and sometimes challenging queries and requests
  • Willingness to do shift work between 6am and 8pm week days (and 7am 7pm on weekends on occasion)
