About the role:
- Coordinating the submission of all projectrelated documents, including drawings, permits, and paperwork, to ensure timely and accurate submission to the appropriate authorities.
- Communicating with the relevant teams to obtain necessary documentation and ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines.
- Maintaining accurate and uptodate records of all submissions and approvals.
- Assisting with the coordination of project meetings
- General office coordination duties such as ordering office supplies and onboarding new starters.
About you:
- Proficient in Adobe Indesign
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
