About the role:


  • Coordinating the submission of all projectrelated documents, including drawings, permits, and paperwork, to ensure timely and accurate submission to the appropriate authorities.
  • Communicating with the relevant teams to obtain necessary documentation and ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines.
  • Maintaining accurate and uptodate records of all submissions and approvals.
  • Assisting with the coordination of project meetings
  • General office coordination duties such as ordering office supplies and onboarding new starters.

About you:


  • Proficient in Adobe Indesign
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
