Labourpower Trade are currently seeking multiple in-feed operators for our manufacturing client in Truganina.

No previous experience required as training will be provided, however a quick learner with great critical thinking would be advantagous.

These are
permanent roles with an immediate start.

To Be Successful:

A high degree of passion for the role is required to be successful in this ever growing and exciting division of one of our National Clients
Operate Feed end and Stacking End to agreed production, service and quality standards. Being fully conversant on all aspects of the machine.
Ensure the correct board is available and within specifications to the feed unit at all times (board grade, size, scores, job)
Ensure a continual flow of board into machine, limiting all downtime factors.
Ensure equipment is correctly maintained; and that maintenance is performed to keep machines within specifications and in Safe working order
Maintain Safe work & operating practices; and maintain a high standard of housekeeping during production, at shift end and at scheduled maintenance.
Regularly review work processes and assist in identifying improvements to process and procedures.
Participate in Employee training when requested; be responsible for developing the knowledge and skills of the trainee to meet his / her current and future business objectives, and deliver quality products and services that meet customers' needs.
Carry out all reasonable requests set by Management team, as well as following all aspects of the Position Description.
