What you'll be doing


Reporting to the Director, NSLHD Corporate Services, the Coordinator will be responsible for administrative and project support across the Corporate Services portfolio.

The Coordinator is a key role that will provide office administration, secretariat support to high level committees, and support the drafting of responses to Ministry of Health requests and templates including NSLHD stakeholder engagement as required.

The Coordinator will also provide ad hoc project support across the various workstreams within the Corporate Services portfolio.

  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge in providing high level administrative and management support at a senior level.
  • Experience in project support including stakeholder engagement to obtain information and data.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to effectively prepare, format and proof read documentation, correspondence and briefing papers.
