What this opportunity involves:

As the Lease Administrator, you'll be assisting our on-site property team which oversees a build-to-rent residential development in Southport, QLD.

Whilst monitoring Lease Administration tasks in conjunction with the property team, you'll also be providing a front-of-house reception service to tenants, customers and contractors.

An Overview of the role:

Create listings and advertise apartments
Communicate with property managers and tenants throughout the leasing process
Ensure exceptional reception service is delivered and highlevel customer service is demonstrated
General property administration duties as specified by the Property Manager
Attend to general customer and tenant enquiries

Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for:

Administration or front of house experience is desirable
Seeking a career in property management
Bright personality and well presented
Works strongly both autonomously and within a team
Experience using a property management system and MS Excel will be well regarded
We require a Real Estate Certificate to be obtained upon appointment (if not already held)
