The Opportunity

Your Key Responsibilities

Reconciliation and Allocation of payments from the Daily Bank Statement
Assist in Administration of Company's Credit Policies to minimize arrears
Follow up telephone calls for customers in arrears
Process new Credit Applications and pass to Credit Manager for Approval
Reconcile Customer and Customer Deposit Accounts on a weekly or monthly basis as required
Monitor and regularly review the level of payment arrears, ensuring collection activities are followed
Monitor and continually review level of Quality Assurance, ensuring Internal Audits are conducted
Determine and Recommend Improved Policies and Work Instructions
Ensure Current Procedures accurately reflect Work Instructions

Ability to complete Policy, Procedure and Work Instruction Manuals
Exceptionally high attention to detail.
Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Good Computer Skills including MS Office
Degree qualification in accounting will be an advantage
