Overview:

  • Fulltime, fixed term position available until March 2024
  • Salary Level HEW 6 + 17% Superannuation
  • Based at the Melbourne City campus, with a hybrid and flexible work arrangement
  • Join a small, highperforming professional services team in the School of Graduate Research
About the Role

You will join a dynamic and agile team that fosters a culture of collaboration, peer-to-peer support, and service excellence.

To be successful in this position, you'll have as a minimum:

  • Experience within the University sector or in a relevant administration role.
  • Proven track record supporting successful delivery of change, quality improvement and project initiatives in a challenging and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to develop and present sound and compelling business cases, proposals and analytical reports to a variety of different audiences.
  • Highly motivated, customer focused and pro-active with highly developed organisational and time management skills and the ability to handle various and multiple functions simultaneously and under pressure.
