The Client


Our client is a successful boutique agency based in the heart of the City, who focus on residential properties within Syndey's inner suburbs.


Homing in on a specific market allows them to be the best at what they do and they are looking for someone to join their collaborative team.


The Position

  • Endtoend management of 150 properties.
  • A dedicated leasing officer in office.
  • NO trust accounting.
  • Property Tree and Inspection Manager software.
  • Monday

Skills & Requirements

  • 23 years' property management experience. Must be confident managing a portfolio endtoend.
  • Class 2 Real Estate License.
  • High attention to detail with exceptional organisational skills.
  • Drivers license & own car.
  • Occasional Saturday availability, with a day off in lieu.
