About the role:

Join a successful and busy branch based in Gillman, SA. You will be reporting to the State Trading Manager. Your role would be to ensure that customers are having a continuously positive experience with InfraBuild Recycling. This role is office-based and is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to progress in their own career.

Work closely with the transport and trading team
Tasks include national pricing, preparing reports for customers and scheduling
Answering phone calls and provide excellent customer service
Backup for cashier and general admin work

About your experience:

This is a role with loads of variety and will suit someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and is driven to learn and develop their own career within a supportive business.

Customer service experience in either face to face or over the phone
Basic administration and computer skills
Proactive approach, passion for customers and good time management skills
Friendly, adaptable and ambitious
