Position Description
With a view of being a key contact for the Accounts Payable function and working alongside one other, you will be responsible for but not limited to the following duties;

Process supplier invoices
Ensure timely payments are made of supplier invoices via weekly & monthly payment runs
Verify & process staff expense claims
Set up new vendors and suppliers
Credit card reconciliations
Manage petty cash
Handle supplier queries and disputes
Assist the wider finance team with various duties where required

The successful applicant will have:

Proven experience in a similar Accounts Payable role
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Personable & resilient nature and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
High level time management skills and a keen eye for detail
A reliable, friendly, cando attitude
