The role:

This Government Department is seeking an IT Technical Lead to oversee the migration of users to Google Workplace.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Oversee the migration activities to Google Workplace
  • Follow up project representatives to ensure they are ready for the migration
  • Ensuring everyone on the project is across the migration activities
  • Coordinate with the vendor on migration activities
  • Make a call to say if they are ready to cut over to Google Workplace or whether they need to delay the cutover

You will need:


  • Strong experience working as an IT Technical Lead or similar
  • Strong experience working on migration/cutover projects
  • Tech savvy and ability to pick thing up quickly and hit the ground running
  • Previous Government experience would be advantageous
  • Strong stakeholder relationship skills and proactive approach to work
