Denovo Recruitment have partnered with a highly reputable Sydney Tier 2 builder. This builder specialises in the delivery of high-rise residential and commercial projects valued up to $200M. With recent growth, they are seeking an experienced

General Foreman to join the high-performing team.

About the job;

Communication and management of subcontractors and trades
Site inductions and tool box talks
Setting-Out
Read construction plans
Work with the Site Manager
Meetings with direct reports to get the best out of them and ensure project deliverables are met
Ensure works are undertaken safely
Safety management
Drive the subcontractors for project delivery in line with programme while maintaining strong relations.

About you:

A Cert IV in Building & Construction
Will have strong supervisory skills as a Foreman/Leading Hand with established contractor.
Will have ideally worked for Tier 1 or Tier 2 builders in Sydney
Experience of large construction projects $40M+
You will need a knowledge of structures.
Possess a 'cando' positive attitude and happy to work on the tools when required.
Career focused and a desire to progress through to Site Manager.
